How to classify an advertisement

Each advertisement is assigned to a particular category. You can choose from hundreds of categories that are grouped by their theme to eight hierarchical listings: services, location matters, contact expert, jobs, sports, real estate, items and food products.

1. Select a theme.
2. Find a relevant category in the hierarchical menu.
   To open/close a submenu, click to the left half of the row.
   To select/deselect a category, click to the right half of the row.
3. If you picked more than one category, choose the most appropriate one from the categories dropdown. (At the same time, only advertisements of one category can be shown. Each ad is categorized into just one category.)

If you are an expert in any field and would like to share your knowledge with people in your neighbourhood, consider posting an offer advertisement with a short message introducing yourself.

To consult any specific Hotels (or any other) matter, post a demand advertisement with the description of your problem. Experts in your neighbourhood might read your advertisement and contact you, even if they haven't declared their knowledge beforehand by posting an offer ad.

How to define the neighbourhood

Location of an advertisement is specified by assigning it to a Ojén neighbourhood in the form area / neighbourhood identifier, e.g. Ojén / #bcd.

The neighbourhood identifier describes the way the area of the neighbourhood originates from the whole area of the municipality or administrative region. The map of the area is recursively divided to rectangular parts, each one denoted by a single letter.

Specify your neighbourhood

1. Enter an address and select one of the suggested locations.
2. Relevant areas will be listed: choose the most suitable one.
3. Navigate and zoom in the map so that it displays your neighbourhood.
4. Select up to 2x2 adjacent parts of the area. A part is selected/deselected by clicking on the respective tile in the map.

Use the button "Neighbourhood areas" to display the list of areas related to the current map position.

Accuracy and privacy

If a precise location is related to your Hotels (or any other) demand ad (usually an address where a service shall be performed), select as small part of the area as possible while maintaining your preferred level of privacy.

Local first, global reach

If you are offering a service or an expertise, select the neighbourhood where you can satisfy demands at no additional cost for transport. Thanks to our Ojén hierarchical geocoding algorithms you don't need to worry that people in further locations won't find your offer (they might just see first local Hotels (or any other) offers near to them).

Contact people without having contact details

Write your message, place it to an appropriate category and specify a neighbourhood. Other users might read the message attached their neighbourhood and contact you.

Explore the nearest ads first

You can browse ads in any neighbourhood, no matter of the administrative division. Thanks to our unique hierarchical geocoding structure you can easily explore larger area, if there are no matching local ads.

Post ad & keep your privacy

Hierarchical indexing of neighbourhood allows you to specify the location of your advertisement at various levels of precision — you can express a location accurately enough and keep the required level of privacy at the same time.

1. Use location search to speficy a neighbourhood area, e.g. a village, a district, a city, a region or even a country.
2. Next, you can restrict the location span of your message only to a section of the area. The map of each area is divided to up to 25 parts. Each part is then divided again until a sufficiently small area is reached. You can select up 2x2 adjacent parts at any level.

Hierarchical structure for global reach

Even if you specify a neighbourhood of a few square meters, your ad will be also accessible in all larger neighbourhoods preceding to the selected neighbourhood in our hierarchical structure.

Comprehensible hierarchical classification

Ads in each neighbourhood are organized by their theme and category. Categories are arranged in the hierarchical structure. You can attach your ad to a category at any level. Example of the category hierarchy: Services — Education — Music lessons — Piano lessons.

Advertisements are listed by insertion time.

Paaart.com is designed to offer free service for any neighbourhood. Operation costs will be covered by partner ads and classifieds aimed at a larger area; due to the hierarchical geolocation, this won't affect the quality of the service offered free of charge.
